"That's the last of them," Autumn told the bell boy as she tipped him.
"Thank you ma'am." He left and she told the limo driver to wait..'at least Capitol treats
me like the star I am with the limo,' she thought.
Nick appeared out of the elevator munching on a Snickers. "Nick, I was just coming to
see you."
"Yeah, well, I decided I'd come down here to say good-bye. Did you say bye to the guys
yet?"
"Yeah, yeah. Anyway.."
"Anyway...I guess I'll be seein ya around then huh?"
"Yeah, I guess. I'll miss you."
"I'm sure."
"I will...won't you miss me?'' she asked, pleading for him to say yes.
"Maybe," was all he gave her.
She shook it off. "Here," she reached into her coat pocket. "This is for you. Please
listen to it first thing. Think of it as a last request." She handed him a cassette tape.
"Okay." It wasnt that big of a hassle. "Well, you'd better get going or you'll be late."
"Yeah, well, see ya." She leaned in to kiss him for a hopefully not-final time, but he
started to pull away. Instead she moved to kiss his cheek. "Bye," she said once she got away
with that.
"Bye." She walked out, got into the limo, and took off. She had to get that boy back, if
she didn't, he'd be sorry.

Nick sat down next to his stereo and put the tape into the deck. He pushed play. "Nick,
this is a song of Cyndi Thomson's I've been working on for the next album. Since I wont get to
have it on my sophomore CD with you guys, I thought you may like to hear it. Plus, I want you to

Nick just sat there and shook his head. "That girl..." he said. He never knew if she
meant him well, or if it was just another one of her tricks. "Here goes everything.." He picked up
the phone and dialed Autumn's cell.
"Hi Nick! I knew it'd be you."
"How'd you know its me?"
"I have caller-ID plus instinct."
"Oh, well, what did you need to say?"
"Nick, I know that you have every reason to hate me, but I want to ask what I have to do
to get a second chance." An eerie silence passed as Nick thought. "Well?!"
"Stop kissing your ex-boyfriends, that'd be a good place to start."
"Wha...OH! Oh my! He kissed me, its not what youre thinking!!!!"
"Shuttup Autumn, I saw the whole thing. I saw you get up to kiss him, so just shuttup. If
you wanted a second chance, you just blew it. And a word of advice for your next relationship,
dont lie!" He hung up the phone. "That girl...."

"'Im gonna make that bastards life a living hell!!!" she screamed as she heard the dial
tone of her cell phone. Her limo driver turned around and looked at her. She smiled as if
nothing was wrong. He turned around and she closed the privacy window. "Just you wait Nick
